my body , my rules
jeez i need to start working out i am nothing i am neither fat nor skinny i need to have some muscle defintition i want to have a man body not a boy body and the added health benifits of weight lifting rawk i used to weight lift and i looked awesoe then i stoopped and my body lost definition i miss it and i want to look sexxy for everybody and mostly for myself so i can look in the mirror naked and be all like "Damn, I look good!!!" well tonight after i eat i will organize a note book and a schedual and a new routine then tommorow i will start it then in about a month i should have a bosy that is right and i will post pictures so i can be proud of my work i am also sick of counting my calories so i dont gain weight i want to eat normally and not worry bout gainint fat if i work ouot i will look better and not have to really worry about diet unless i am going for extreme rockstar body
